Lyhyesti tapahtumasta:
Tervetuloa juhlistamaan geokätköilyn 25-vuotisjuhlavuotta Satakuntaan, Porin Yyteriin. Yyteri tunnetaan yhdestä Suomen pisimmistä hiekkarannoista, ja tapahtuman ytimessä ovatkin juhlavuoden lisäksi Yyterin monipuolinen luonto ja meri, sekä tietenkin itse Pori.
Tapahtuma on tarkoitettu kaikenikäisille kätköilijöille ja kätköilystä kiinnostuneille, ja luvassa on monenlaista ohjelmaa Yyterin sannoilla. Lokikirja löytyy annetuista koordinaateista ja on avoinna klo 12:00-18:00. Tapahtuman järjestää Satakunnan Geokätköilijät ry.

Aikataulu:
12:00 Block Party alkaa, tapahtuman alkusanat.
Lokikirja, lab-kätköt ja muut aktiviteetit avataan.
12:00-18:00 Lokikirja ja lab-kätköt logattavissa.
Signal the Frog kiertää tapahtuma-alueella.
Tapahtuman muut aktiviteetit ovat avoinna.
16:00 Bingolappujen palautus viimeistään klo 16:00 mennessä INFO-pisteelle. 17:00 Arvotaan voittaja palautettujen bingolappujen joukosta. 18:00 Block Party päättyy, kiitokset osallistujille, talkoolaisille ja yhteistyökumppaneille.
Lokikirja, lab-kätköt ja muut aktiviteetit suljetaan.
19:00-21:00 Iltamiitti hiekkarannalla: Hiekkaa varpaissa -CCE

Tapahtuman aktiviteetit ovat avoinna koko tapahtuman ajan 12:00-18:00. Tervetuloa hengailemaan ja nauttimaan Yyterin luonnosta!
INFO-piste Yleinen helpdesk tapahtumaan ja tapahtuma-alueeseen liittyvien kysymysten kanssa. Kaulanauhojen ja nimikylttien jako 1500 ensimmäiselle nimimerkille. Bingolappujen jako ja palautus.
SGRY:n teltta Satakunnan Geokätköilijät ry esittelee toimintaansa ja opastaa kätköilyä halukkaille (myös tekninen tuki). Lisäksi paikalla Yyterin sannat 2025 -kauppa.
Bingo Perinteinen "megabingo" Porilaisella twistillä. Myös lapsille oma versio. Palauta täytetty lappu INFO-pisteelle ennen klo 16, niin osallistut arvontaan!
Lab-kätköt 10 kpl laadukkaita Satakuntalaisia Lab-kätköjä. Teemana Yyterin luonto ja Pori. Aloitusvuosilaskuri Laskuri, johon jokainen tapahtuman osallistuja voi merkitä vuosiluvun, jolloin on aloittanut kätköilyharrastuksen (2000-2025). Valokuvaseinä Valokuvanäyttely, jossa sukelletaan kätköilyn historiaan. Teemana kätköilyn ja kätköjen evoluutio 25 vuoden aikana. Askartelupiste Omatoiminen askartelupiste lapsille. Paikalla myös kätköilyaiheisia väritystehtäviä. GIFF-elokuvat Yyterin vierailukeskuksen ulkoauditoriossa pyörii tapahtuman ajan uusimmat GIFF-elokuvat. Kiven alla Oy Kiven alla Oy tulee tuttuun tapaan myymään geokätköilytuotteita ja tapahtuman virallisia geokolikkoja sekä T-paitoja. Dyyni-info Suomen Luonnonsuojeluliitto Pori ry tulee kertomaan Yyterin dyynien synnystä sekä niiden suojelusta.

Huom! Yyterin aidatuilla dyynialueilla kulkeminen on kielletty! Kulkeminen tapahtuu ainoastaan merkityillä retkeilyreiteillä, pitkospuilla tai rantaviivalla. Ethän vahingoita Yyterin dyynien tai muun alueen kasvillisuutta.
Yyterin uimaranta on koiravapaata aluetta. Tapahtuman ydinalueelle (parkkipaikan ja Yyterin vierailukeskuksen lähistö, josta löytyvät mm. tapahtuman info-piste, lokikirja, myyntikojut) koirat ovat tervetulleita, mutta uimarannan alueelle karvaturreja ei valitettavasti voi tuoda. Koirien oma rantaosuus sijaitsee osoitteessa Merisatamantie 13.
About the event:
Welcome to celebrate the 25th anniversary of geocaching to Satakunta, Pori, Yyteri. Yyteri is known from one of the longest beaches in Finland, and at the heart of the event - along with the anniversary celebration - are the diverse nature of Yyteri and the sea, and of course Pori itself.
The event is intended for geocachers of all ages and those interested in geocaching, and there are planned all kinds of activities at the beach of Yyteri. Logbook can be found at the given coordinates and it will be open 12:00-18:00. The event is organised by Satakunnan Geokätköilijät ry.

12:00 Block Party begins, event opening words.

12:00-18:00 Logbook and lab caches are available to log.
Signal the Frog tours the event area.
Other activities at the event are open.
16:00 Bingo cards must be returned by 16:00 at the INFO point. 17:00 A winner will be drawn from the returned bingo tickets. 18:00 Block Party ends, thanks to all participants, volunteers and partners.

Activities will be open throughout the event from 12:00-18:00. Welcome to hang out and enjoy the nature of Yyteri!
INFO point General helpdesk with questions about the event itself and the event area. Distribution of lanyards and name badges to the first 1500 people. Distribution and return of bingo cards.
SGRY's tent Satakunnan Geokätköilijät ry presents its activities and guides those interested in caching (also technical support). There will also be Yyterin sannat 2025 -shop.
Bingo Traditional "megabingo" with a Pori twist. Also a special version for children. Return the filled card to the INFO point before 16:00 and you will be entered into a draw! Lab-caches 10 high quality Lab caches from Satakunta. The theme is the nature of Yyteri and Pori. Starting year counter A counter where each event participant can enter the year in which they started geocaching (2000-2025). Photo wall A photographic exhibition diving into the history of caching. The theme is the evolution of caching and caches over 25 years. Crafting workshop A self-directed cache-building workshop for children. Also caching themed colouring pictures. GIFF movies The latest GIFF movies will be screened in the outdoor auditorium of the Yyteri Visitor Centre during the event. Kiven alla Oy As usual, Kiven alla Oy will be selling various geocaching products and the official geocoins and T-shirts of the event. Dune info Suomen Luonnonsuojeluliitto Pori ry will give a presentation on the creation of the Yyteri dunes and their protection.

About Yyteri:
Note! It is forbidden to walk on the fenced dune areas. Keep to the signposted hiking trails, duckboards and shoreline. Please do not damage the vegetation of the Yyteri dunes and elsewhere in the area.
Yyteri beach is a dog-free area. Dogs are welcome at the core area of the event (parking area and the Yyteri Visitor Centre, where you can find the event information point, logbook and market stalls), but unfortunately, they cannot be brought into the swimming beach. The dogs’ own beach is located at Merisatamantie 13.
