Wir haben Grund zu feiern!
Geocaching feiert 2025 seinen 25. Geburtstag: Am 3. Mai 2000 wurde der erste Geocache versteckt, im September 2000 ging die Webseite online. Und es gibt noch mehr Grund zum Feiern: Unsere beliebte Eventserie “Bier, Burg und Brodwörscht” - besser bekannt als “BBB” - feiert ihre 100. Ausgabe und ihr 20-jähriges Bestehen.
Bei diesem Vorevent in der Kulmbacher Kommunbräu stimmen wir uns auf das Eventwochenende ein. Wir haben den Saal im 1. OG für uns. Je nach Bestuhlung sind 200-300 Teilnehmer möglich. Der Saal ist nicht barrierefrei - solltet ihr diesbezüglich Probleme haben, schreibt uns bitte eine Nachricht und wir werden versuchen, Räume im Erdgeschoss zusätzlich zu organisieren.
Bitte gebt in eurem "Werde Teilnehmen"-Log an, was ihr essen möchtet, oder ob ihr nur das Logbuch unterschreibt.
Es wird beim Vorevent auch die Möglichkeit geben, eure Bestellungen (Coins, Eintrittsbändchen für das Hauptevent) abzuholen.

The geocachers meeting in the heart of Upper Franconia
It’s party time!
In 2025, Geocaching is celebrating its 25th birthday: May 3rd, 2000, the first geocache was hidden, and in September 2000 the website went online. And there's even more reason to celebrate: Our popular event series "Bier, Burg und Brodwörscht" - well known as "BBB" - is celebrating its 100th edition and its 20th anniversary.
At this pre-event in the Kulmbacher Kommunbräu we will get in the mood for the event weekend. We have the hall on the first floor to ourselves. Depending on the seating, 200-300 participants are possible. The hall is not wheelchair accessible - if you have any problems with this, please write us a message and we will try to organize additional rooms on the ground floor.
Please state in your "Will attend" log what you would like to eat or whether you are just signing the logbook.
There will also be an opportunity to pick up your orders (coins, tickets for the main event) at the pre-event.
