CacheFest Hawaii

Come out to the 4th Annual CacheFest from July 9-13, 2025, this year we are taking all the fun and festivities to Honolulu, Hawaii.
As tradition with CacheFest join us for a day full of fun and activities. Sit in and participate in an Academy, informative sessions, workshops and shop some of the Vendors. There will also be games and other activities throughout the day to keep you fully entertained within the event space.

Aloha! Welcome to paradise. Packet Pickup. Say hello and start solving those puzzles. Keep your eyes open, you may find a vault key hidden in the area.
Thursday 7/10 GCAXFYC 8:30-10:30 am
Start the day out right with 4 Texans and a bunch of friends- share the adventures from the day before. Connect with cachers who want to adventure with you on your daily plans.

What better way to wrap up your day than on the beach. Join us for the "Three Hour Tour, A Live Action Adventure Lab" with a Gilligan's Island Theme from 6-8pm.

Join us for world famous pastries at this little shop before you head out for your adventures of the day.

Party on the beach Cachefest style... we might even have Fireworks- you can be sure there will be some vault keys hidden so keep your eyes open.

Hula Rock- the party that closes it all down. There are multiple options available for you to join us at this Luau venue- or just touch base at the event to say goodbye and good night. Check out our website for more details on the Luau options.
