Herzlich willkommen zum GIFF Wochenende in Köln. Zum Auftakt am Freitag wollen wir uns auf das Wochenende einstimmen und schon mal unser Jubiläum von Groundspeak zünftig begehen. Auch ist es bereits der 5te Mega in Köln. Ein weiterer Grund zum Feiern.
Wir haben im Gao Dürenerstr. 253, 50931 Köln eine sehr schöne Location gefunden in der wir bis zu 120 Personen einen tollen Abend bieten wollen. Vorerst haben wir für 80 Personen reserviert, können aber bei Bedarf aufstocken, wenn wir frühzeitg über eure Teilnahme Bescheid wissen.
Das Lokal ist Vietnamesisch International mit einer tollen Gastrobandbreite auch für Veganer und Vegetarier. Aber auch die Fleischliebhaber kommen sicher nicht zu kurz. Verzehrzwang besteht keiner. Auch für die Cocktail-Liebhaber ist gut gesorgt.
Für den Abend sind ein paar Überraschungen vorbereitet und es wird viel Zeit bleiben sich für das Wochenende oder weitere Cacheraktivitäten auszutauschen.
Anreise ist per ÖPNV empfohlen und die Bahnline 13 und der Bus 136 halten direkt vor der Tür. Parkplätze sind vorhanden in der Nähe aber zumeist gebührenpflichtig

Welcome to the GIFF weekend in Cologne. To kick things off on Friday, we want to get in the mood for the weekend and celebrate our Groundspeak anniversary in style. It is also the 5th Mega in Cologne. Another reason to celebrate.
We have found a very nice location in Gao Dürenerstr. 253, 50931 Cologne, where we want to offer a great evening for up to 120 people. For the time being we have reserved for 80 people, but we can increase this number if we know about your participation in good time.
The restaurant is Vietnamese International with a great range of dishes for vegans and vegetarians. But meat lovers will certainly not miss out either. There is no obligation to consume. Cocktail lovers are also well catered for.
A few surprises have been prepared for the evening and there will be plenty of time to chat about the weekend or other caching activities.
Arrival by public transport is recommended and the KVB line 13 and bus 136 stop right outside the door.
Parkplatz spaces are available nearby but are usually subject to charges
