Es gibt kaum etwas Schöneres nach einer Tagessafari als zurück ins Camp zu kommen und bei einem Sundowner die Sichtungen in aufregenden Geschichten mit anderen zu teilen. Die Parallelen zum Geocaching sind offensichtlich: sich nach einem Tag mit erfolgreichen Funden mit anderen Cacher:innen über die erlebten Abenteuer bei einer Brotzeithalbe auszutauschen - und das soll dieses Event einfangen. 
Und welcher Tag würde sich hierfür besser eignen, als der Tag des Buches und der Tag des deutschen Bieres - der 23. April.

Die Lokation
ist ein wettergeschütztes Plätzchen im Herzen des malerischen Wasserburgs.

Die Kernzeit
des Events ist von 18:15 - 19:00.

Parken
ist direkt vor Ort möglich.

Anreise mit der Bahn
über die Haltestelle Wasserburg mit der RB 44 oder RB 48, bzw dem eingerichteten Schienenersatzverkehr, und von dort aus mit dem Stadtbus 
(Für einen Pickup oder Dropoff am Bahnhof gerne melden oder eine Notiz hinterlassen, dann versuchen wir eine Lösung dafür zu finden.)

Passend zum Tag
steht eine Auswahl verschiedener Biere als kleines Tasting bereit, mit dazugehörigen Informationen.

Mitbringsel (optional, aber willkommen)
- ein Trinkglas im Falle der Teilnahme am Tasting
- eine Geschichte über das letzte gelesene Buch und wie es dir gefallen hat
- Bücher zum Tauschen
- Trackables zum Tauschen (lasse keinen zurück, der größer als eine Small Box ist) 
 

Hinweis:
Beim Biertasting mitzumachen ist nicht verpflichtend.
Die konsumierte Menge für das Tasting wird sich vsl auf ca. 0,3-0,4 Liter Bier belaufen, bitte plane daher ggf mit einem/einer entsprechenden designierten Fahrer:in.

Bitte gib im 'will attend' Log Bescheid, wenn du am Tasting interessiert bist, damit ich entsprechende Mengen einkalkulieren kann - idealerweise bis spätens ein paar Tage vor dem Event. 

An sich ist der Ort für Rollstuhlfahrer:innen zugänglich. Der Parkplatz ist schlecht geteert bzw. stellenweise gepflastert und gekiest - wir finden für den holprigen Teil eine Lösung.

There are few things better after a safari drive than coming back to camp and sharing your sightings with others in exciting stories over a sundowner. The parallels with Geocaching are obvious: after a successful day of finds swapping stories with other cachers about the adventures experienced over a refreshing beer - and that is the idea for this event.
So... what day could remotely be better for this than World Book Day and German Beer Day: April 23. 

The location
is a sheltered spot in the heart of picturesque Wasserburg.

The core time
of the event is from 18:15 - 19:00.

Parkplatz
is possible directly on site.

Travelling by train
via Wasserburg station with the RB 44 or RB 48, respectively rail replacement service by bus, and from there with the city bus 
(For a pickup or dropoff at the station, please contact us or leave a note and we will try to find a solution).

Paired with the theme of the day
a selection of different beers will be available as a small tasting, with accompanying information.

What to bring (optional, but welcome) 
- a drinking glass, in case of participating the tasting
- a story of the last book you read and why that was your choice
- books for exchange
- trackables for exchange (do not drop any traveler, larger than a small box) 

Please Note:
Participation in the beer tasting is not obligatory.
The amount of beer consumed for the tasting will be around 0.3-0.4 litres, so please consider having a designated driver if necessary. 

Please let me know in the 'will attend' log if you are interested in the tasting so that I can calculate the necessary quantities - ideally at least a few days before the event.

The place itself is accessible for wheelchair users. The car park is poorly paved or/and gravelled in places - we will find a solution for the bumpy part.
